As a member of the professional body API and registered in the Comunidad Valencia register, we offer our clients not only professional integrity but also legal compliance and transparency. This registration has been mandatory since 16 October 2023 and contributes to the regulation and control of real estate activities in the region. It also indicates the broker's compliance with local legal requirements and ethical standards.

Shaun and Stephanie

As a licensed real estate agent (with BIV number 512883), Stephanie is known for her personal guidance and meticulous follow-up after the sale. Stephanie warmly welcomes every customer and ensures that all information is kept up-to-date on our website.

Shaun Delcour, Stephanie's husband, is also well versed in the real estate world. More than six years of experience at Caenen, makes him an expert in selling homes and second homes. And Shaun also lost his heart in warm Spain.

Lyan moved from the Netherlands to Spain, specifically the Costa Blanca North region.She already had a solid connection with Spain, so it was a logical move for her and her family, but still exciting. Having moved to Spain herself, she knows better than anyone what options are available to make your move a success.

Lyan previously gained a lot of experience in the banking sector in the Netherlands, so of course she took that knowledge with her to Spain. Lyan is also very sociable and helpful.
